The Medical Alumni Association of the University of Maryland, Inc., is your primary communications link to the medical school as well as to your classmates and colleagues. We are an independent, not-for-profit corporation governed by an alumni board of directors who are elected by the general membership. Larry Pitrof and his staff run the operation.

The office is here for you, but we can only reach you if we know your whereabouts. Our first order of business is mailing you a complimentary photograph of the hooding ceremony from your May 16 pre-commencement convocation. Please complete the biographical sketch below. In addition, we suggest you visit our website after each move to update the office with your new contact information. This information is protected exclusively for alumni use and will not be dispensed for commercial ventures. We use it to mail our quarterly alumni Bulletin magazine, invitations to MAA-sponsored receptions throughout the country, our annual reunion, and for appeals to support this independent organization.
