Please fill out the registration form
To ensure your participation at desired events, advance registration is recommended since tickets for each event are limited.
Name tags, tickets, and other information are available at the registration desk in Davidge Hall or at the first event you attend.
In order to fulfill obligations to our vendors, the Medical Alumni Association is unable to refund any registration fees after April 26, 2010.
Please note: The cost for the 135th Recognition Luncheon is $38 per person, not $40 as listed on the printed form. Thank you
